Is the hospital open 24 hours?
Yes. Our outpatient, inpatient and emergency support operates 24 hours every day of the year.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call +256 705 555 117 or +256 782 523 453, or come directly to the hospital. Ambulance services are available for referral and emergency transport.
Can I visit without calling first?
General medical and emergency care is open 24/7. Published specialist hours are listed on the Services and Clinic Schedules pages.
Which diagnostic services are available?
Radiology offers CT, digital X-ray, ultrasound and Doppler. Laboratory testing is listed separately, while ECG and echocardiography are provided through Cardiology. X-ray, ultrasound and laboratory support are available 24 hours.
When is the dental clinic open?
Dental clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, and Saturday, 9am–2pm.
Which inpatient room options are available?
The hospital has a General Ward, VIP Rooms and Executive Rooms. Availability changes, so contact reception for the current room options and charges.
When are vaccination services available?
Vaccination services are offered on Wednesday and Sunday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Does the hospital accept insurance?
The hospital works with a range of insurers. Please contact our reception team before your visit to confirm your card and required authorisation.
