Is the hospital open 24 hours?

Yes. Our outpatient, inpatient and emergency support operates 24 hours every day of the year.

What should I do in an emergency?

Call +256 705 555 117 or come directly to the hospital. Ambulance services are available for referral and emergency evacuation.

Do I need an appointment?

General medical and emergency care is available without an appointment. Specialist clinics may follow a schedule, so please call ahead to confirm availability.

Which diagnostic services are available?

The hospital offers laboratory testing, digital X-ray, ultrasound, echo, ECG and vascular Doppler. X-ray and ultrasound are available 24 hours.

When is the dental clinic open?

The dental clinic is available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Call ahead to confirm availability.

When are vaccination services available?

Vaccination services are offered on Wednesday and Sunday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Does the hospital accept insurance?

The hospital works with a range of insurers. Please contact our reception team before your visit to confirm your card and required authorisation.
